@somanyhills An answer: Pocket Casts (PC) with the Plus subscription. It's cumbersome — Upload the file to iCloud. In PC on iOS go to Profile - Files & add the upload. It should PC cloud sync. In Watch PC app – Refresh Data, then Watch – Files & wait for the slow download. Ugh
